Starting January 1, 2020 there will be a $150 charge for a closing letter and a $500 initiation fee due upon closing. Persimmon Creek South elections for Board of Directors are held each year in January. The Board consists of 5 members, and terms are one year. Any homeowner in good standing can run for the Board. To be placed on the ballot to run, you must be nominated by one or more homeowners. For more info, you can contact us using the contact form.

Committee positions are occasionally open, and we welcome interested homeowners to let us know if you are interested in serving the Association.
